We have created an e-moped scooter that adheres to the US2002 Federal law (Read point 6 here). This electric moped scooter can travel at a maximum speed of 20mph (32kph). The electric moped has pedals so you can ride it like a regular bike. Since the GIO electric moped scooter not classified as a motor vehicle, you can ride it without a license.
