1. COO (Certificate of Origin) Included with your scooter and has been pre-filled with a valid VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)
2. Bill of Sale sent to your email and includes all your information
3. Odometer Statement sent to your email that has been filled in on the form specific to the State you live in

How do you charge the moped? Do you need a special outlet or plug?
You can charge this bike using any standard outlet, the nessary charger is provided.

How does the bike start is there a key? Can I park it in normal parking spots?
Yes keys a provided to turn on and off the moped. The key hole can be found just under the right handlebars. (Please see photo below)
You can park the bike in a normal parking spot or any motorbike / bicycle parking

What happens if the bike is damaged when I receive it? How is it packaged?
This bikes very rarely arrive with shipping damage because they are shipped in a box with a steal frame. If by chance there is damage we can ship you replacement parts or we can send you a return label to return or replace for free. I have attached a photo of the steal frame for reference.

Do I need to get a license plate on bike for it to be street legal?
Yes the GIO Italia-Ultra requires a license and is fully DOT approved.
If you do not have a license we have mopeds that have pedals and DO NOT require a license because they are classified as an ebike.
