500W EPIK Swan Folding Electric Bike is perfect for older people and those who have flexibility issues as it has a low-step thru frame, which makes mounting and dismounting super easy. The bike can go up to a 40-mile range per charge, which completely depends upon the riding conditions and weight. The Kenda puncture-resistant tires help you pass through anything, so you do not have to worry about flat tires.

E-Joe EPIK Swan Electric Bike can be carried anywhere as it has a foldable frame that can be collapsed in a few minutes. The reduced size of the bike makes it perfect for carrying along inside your car or storing it under the bed without the need to make much space. The bike is powered by a powerful Bafang motor that offers high strength to the bike and powers it to go up the steep hills with complete ease.

Swan Folding Electric Bike has been equipped with 20” x 2.125” K-924 Kenda puncture-resistant tires with which you take the risk of riding on uneven paths. The 500W motor peaks at 860W and will take you to the top of any hill with ease. The bike has a step-thru design, which is ideal for people with mobility issues and aged people.

Love it...Be careful!

So, the Oh Wow people are great! I ended up dealing directly with them as we had some challenges on shipping...not their fault. It all worked out and we've been enjoying our first trike. It is our game day transportation to Texas A&M football games from our home about 1.5 mi off campus. It's great because we can park for free in the bike racks and get much closer to the stadium and move around without the restrictions that affect car traffic, particularly post game when roads are shut down in certain directions and delays are lengthy.

It is fast, great on straightaways! Reasonable breaking, but plan ahead. It doesn't turn like a bike, because you are upright and cannot lean into the turn on three wheels like you could on two; therefore, you need to slow down for those turns. The other issue to be aware of is slightly wider than the handle bars. Be aware because you can accidently catch one of the back wheels on a curb. That's what happened to us, which at 20+ miles/hr can eject a passenger without a seatbelt. My wife has healed and forgiven me, but has a bit of PTSD. I don't know if the seatbelt would have helped because with her ejected out, I was able to regain control. Who knows, we could have flipped with her additional weight (145 lbs) and may have been a worse outcome. Either way, it was definitely user error! I really am just trying to give my real world experience and fair warning. All that being said, it is practical and I believe a safer mode of transportation than the double scooter we were previously using.

It is well built (also heavy, but necessarily, IMO) and despite the user error, has been reliable. Lastly, I think it is a luxury purchase at the current price, but in life I've found you get what you pay for most of the time. Enjoy yours!

Terrible experience with e-wheels warehouse

Is e-wheels warehouse a legit company? We ordered a Scooter and after receiving our confirmation email and anxiously awaiting our shipment information we instead received a notice that our order was "successfully CANCELLED". My son was beyond disappointed and despite numerous emails to e-wheels warehouse we received no response. They don't even have a customer service phone number that we could find. And then they ask for our review of the item we ordered?? What a joke!

Long wait and not complete

I have still not received part of my order and it has been over a month. I did receive my bike but it took almost a month. Still waiting on the trailer
