How many peddle speeds are there u can use without battery assist and can u use peddling and battery assist together

The MG1703 has SHIMANO 7 speeds,SHIMANO 7 SPEED SHIFTER works in both electric and pedal assist modes. It can run easily in many different circumstances.

45 miles (pure electric) /55 miles(pedal assist)

Straightforward assembly. Everything works well. Solid unit. Check on-line shifter adjustment vids; that and the brake adjustments are the only thing that aren't "out of the box" ready. About 100 miles on it so far, only re-charged once.

**over 1000 miles on it, now. I'm happy with it. I put a hitch on it and I can tow 8' lumber behind it (or a surfboard)!

Update: 794 miles on it. The handlebar stem nut loosened a few times but I got it tightened down and lock nutted with a 36mm wrench and it has been staying tight for last couple hundred miles. I need to replace the freewheel ratchet parts in the gear cassette as it is slipping and I'm not able to ride it currently. I contacted the supplier and they informed me they are shipping me parts to fix this problem.

Further update: I received the freewheel/ratchet/gear cassette replacement today under warranty. I'm happy. Thanks. (They sent me a link to a video for the procedure to pull the axle to change the part, also. It was easier than it looked on the video to pull the axle and change the gear cassette. I'm putting some more miles on it.)

Trike is awesome! Don't have any probs, tho...

Bought this for a friend of mine, and he adores it! Uses it as his primary mode of transport.

However, it broke about 9 months after purchase, at the beginning of September. We are still waiting for it to come back, less than a week from Thanksgiving.

Despite it being under warranty, I had to pay $250 transit fee total to get it to and from an authorized repair shop over an hour away. After it just sitting for a week and a half because they hadn't been paid the diagnostic fee, I gave in and just paid it to get things moving...I've been assured I will be repaid.

Over all, my friend LOVES the trike, it seemed to be well made and rides well. But the customer service experience CONTINUES to be a nightmare. So, buyer beware!

Very fast bike but very well built. Only drawback is that the instructions are in a video. No book with written instructions. When putting together you have to look at a video and then pause after each step. Also no one on the video is speaking explaining each step but instead there are written instructions on the bottom of the screen which means you have to take your eyes of the actual video to read the additional instructions on the bottom of the screen. And in those 35 days, I never received the product, so I asked for a refund. You should not start the clock on the warranty extension until a customer actually gets the product - not on the order date! Other than that, it may be a fine warranty program. I never got the chance to find out.

When I bought this I thought it would be great but it's breaking down left and right mainly with the chain popping off and I've taken it to the shop and now I gotta take it again it never came with a manual and I have tried to figure some of it out and also the damn fenders don't fit right the front one rubs real bad when you turn the rear ones are out of alignment because the pegs that are welded to the frame should've been about a half inch longer and the brake rotors are bent and you would not believe the freaking noise this thing makes when I'm trying to go somewhere squeak squeak squeak squeak squeak squeak squeak squeak squeak squeak squeak squeak squeak

We currently have six ebikes in the garage including the newly acquired Conductor Plus. This bike is everything it is touted to be and a bit more. The amazingly easy conversion from Cargo to Rickshaw is more than just a party trick. It makes this the most versatile trike on the market. I live next to a beautiful 32 mile bike trail along a river and some lakes. We also have a mild climate and and so can use our ebikes year round. We have a large family and bike riding is one of our favorite family activities. With 3 dogs (small) and 3 grandchildren (also small) trans porting some or all of the crew on bikes was difficult to impossible. The Conductor plus is now the hop on, hop off, dog and kid transporter we needed. That said we also have one bike trailer but I prefer the versatility and instant access to the Conductor Plus for quick trips to the playground/dog park, to the store for groceries or out to one of our favorite restaurants which are all easily accessible via quiet neighborhood streets and the aforementioned bike trail. Outside of a few quick demo rides, I had never ridden a Trike before but you will find the differential drive train of the Conductor Plus allows you yo turn on a dime but the steering at speed is a bit heavy so you may have to muscle it around the sharper turns.

The .5 rating reduction was due to the OEM seat which while comfortable, had a persistent squeak when hitting bumps in the road. I resolved this by getting a C9 seat which is similar to the OEM seat comfort wise but fully resolves the squeaking issue. the seat belt works fine but I also added some cargo box tie down fittings that are used for harnesses for the kids and dogs. After several weeks of rides and a couple of hundred miles, it has been a perfect fit for all our use cases. I'm happy I ordered the dual battery and it provides 60+ miles of range even when fully loaded. I also ordered but haven't used an easy on/off canopy linked here (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HA2ZKFQ?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1).

I'm 210 lbs so with kids and a dog we are pushing 300 lbs fully loaded and it is powerful enough to climb the steepest hills in the area . It comes with a heavy duty (massive) seatpost with enough extension to accommodate my 37" inseam legs. I guess you can tell I'm a big fan of the Conductor Plus trike as are many people who see it on the trail. I purchased mine before the crazy tariffs kicked in but I can honestly say that for me it is worth every penny of even the tariff inflated price.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL, a great bike with a great design, the speeds are great, it's a fun bike and great for my work commute!!

Amazing bike for the family

We’ve had the bike for a couple of months and we love it. It is a bit louder than other e-bikes but it’s a smooth and comfortable ride. We have an autistic child and he loves riding around in it. Couldn’t be a happier. We get compliments on it every ride. I love how it converts into a cargo bike as well. Would absolutely recommend.
