Description

The Rambo Savage is the perfect electric bike for someone who is looking to get into the ebike world. The high-torque Rambo 750W mid-drive is not only extremely reliable but also powerful enough to tackle any task from Sunday cruising to hauling your trophy buck out of the woods. The bike can be used on pavement as well go off-road with ease. The Savage works with many of Rambo’s great accessories including: front and rear rack, front suspension fork, and fenders allowing the rider to customize the bike to fit their needs.

OUR BATTERY

Rambo allows the battery to sit lower on the bike frame than a standard battery. By placing the 48v 14AH battery lower on the frame it helps keep the weight lower and gives the bike a faster, more responsive ride. The 14ah hour battery can give you a max distance of 35 miles! Not all batteries are equal. In fact, not even close. Many e-bikes that are advertised on the market today at a certain amp hour fall very short. Real life tests show Rambo outperforms again and again! Don’t be fooled for less the than best!

The Rambo High Torque mid-drive features an integrated speed sensor and has a nominal power of 750W and a peak rating of 1000W, a reduction ratio of 1: 21.9 and a maximum torque of 120 N.m, Giving the rider great explosive force when taking off. Highly strong and efficient, this motor greatly enhances riding joy and the “Rambo Smile” This motor is suitable for use of riding on terrains such as mountain bikes, sand bikes and for those adrenaline-seeking riders who love power.

If you want a really well built bike that wont break the bank, but yet still has the support level of Rambo’s then here is your baby. I chose the Savage over other brands because I needed mid drive power but I don’t have the bankroll for the $5k bikes. Someday maybe! Lol. Keep on rocking guys-your products are a A+ in my books.

Put all the fun back in hunting.

Bought my 750 in 2018. After 66 years, my knees were talking to me. Bought mine with rear rack and gun rack. I added front cargo rack, fenders and single rear saddle bag. I did add an aftermarket larger seat. Put all the fun back in hunting. Also bought the combo bike/hand card to get gear and game back out.

Amazing bike for the family

We’ve had the bike for a couple of months and we love it. It is a bit louder than other e-bikes but it’s a smooth and comfortable ride. We have an autistic child and he loves riding around in it. Couldn’t be a happier. We get compliments on it every ride. I love how it converts into a cargo bike as well. Would absolutely recommend.

Love it...Be careful!

So, the Oh Wow people are great! I ended up dealing directly with them as we had some challenges on shipping...not their fault. It all worked out and we've been enjoying our first trike. It is our game day transportation to Texas A&M football games from our home about 1.5 mi off campus. It's great because we can park for free in the bike racks and get much closer to the stadium and move around without the restrictions that affect car traffic, particularly post game when roads are shut down in certain directions and delays are lengthy.

It is fast, great on straightaways! Reasonable breaking, but plan ahead. It doesn't turn like a bike, because you are upright and cannot lean into the turn on three wheels like you could on two; therefore, you need to slow down for those turns. The other issue to be aware of is slightly wider than the handle bars. Be aware because you can accidently catch one of the back wheels on a curb. That's what happened to us, which at 20+ miles/hr can eject a passenger without a seatbelt. My wife has healed and forgiven me, but has a bit of PTSD. I don't know if the seatbelt would have helped because with her ejected out, I was able to regain control. Who knows, we could have flipped with her additional weight (145 lbs) and may have been a worse outcome. Either way, it was definitely user error! I really am just trying to give my real world experience and fair warning. All that being said, it is practical and I believe a safer mode of transportation than the double scooter we were previously using.

It is well built (also heavy, but necessarily, IMO) and despite the user error, has been reliable. Lastly, I think it is a luxury purchase at the current price, but in life I've found you get what you pay for most of the time. Enjoy yours!
