Factors such as rider weight (tested at 80kg/175lbs), road conditions (terrain, slope, outside temperature), and operating conditions (speed, start/stop, throttle usage, etc) can effect performance either above or below listed specifications for speed and range. How do you charge the moped? Do you need a special outlet or plug?

You can charge this bike using any standard outlet, the nessary charger is provided.

How does the bike start is there a key?

Yes keys a provided to turn on and off the bike. The key hole can be found just under the display inbetween the handlebars. (Please see photo below)

What happens if the bike is damaged when I receive it? How is it packaged?

This bikes very rarely arrive with shipping damage because they are shipped in a box with a steal frame. If by chance there is damage we can ship you replacement parts or we can send you a return label to return or replace for free. I have attached a photo of the steal frame for reference.

Do I need to get a license plate on bike for it to be street legal?

Yes the GIO Electric G2000 requires a license and is fully DOT approved.

If you do not have a license we have mopeds that have pedals and DO NOT require a license because they are classified as an ebike.

I am still shocked that you can get a electric motor bike at this price its kind of incredible. I have had the bike for over a week and zero problems. I was worried about the shipping but it arrived in a steal framed box that kept everything protected. Assembly was easy i was riding the same day it was delivered

Amazing bike for the family

We’ve had the bike for a couple of months and we love it. It is a bit louder than other e-bikes but it’s a smooth and comfortable ride. We have an autistic child and he loves riding around in it. Couldn’t be a happier. We get compliments on it every ride. I love how it converts into a cargo bike as well. Would absolutely recommend.

Love it...Be careful!

So, the Oh Wow people are great! I ended up dealing directly with them as we had some challenges on shipping...not their fault. It all worked out and we've been enjoying our first trike. It is our game day transportation to Texas A&M football games from our home about 1.5 mi off campus. It's great because we can park for free in the bike racks and get much closer to the stadium and move around without the restrictions that affect car traffic, particularly post game when roads are shut down in certain directions and delays are lengthy.

It is fast, great on straightaways! Reasonable breaking, but plan ahead. It doesn't turn like a bike, because you are upright and cannot lean into the turn on three wheels like you could on two; therefore, you need to slow down for those turns. The other issue to be aware of is slightly wider than the handle bars. Be aware because you can accidently catch one of the back wheels on a curb. That's what happened to us, which at 20+ miles/hr can eject a passenger without a seatbelt. My wife has healed and forgiven me, but has a bit of PTSD. I don't know if the seatbelt would have helped because with her ejected out, I was able to regain control. Who knows, we could have flipped with her additional weight (145 lbs) and may have been a worse outcome. Either way, it was definitely user error! I really am just trying to give my real world experience and fair warning. All that being said, it is practical and I believe a safer mode of transportation than the double scooter we were previously using.

It is well built (also heavy, but necessarily, IMO) and despite the user error, has been reliable. Lastly, I think it is a luxury purchase at the current price, but in life I've found you get what you pay for most of the time. Enjoy yours!
