As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail and your order will be processed within 48 hours. Average shipping time 2-5 days. ONYX builds each bike by hand at our only facility in CA. We are now estimating bikes to ship within 3-4 weeks or less from the date of order!

Warranty
Trivel offers a five-year warranty on the frameset. All defective parts are covered by a one-year warranty (installation excluded). Parts that show signs of normal wear-and-tear and abusive use are not covered by the warranty.

The e-Azteca will arrive at your door step 100% assembled, Each tricycles is ridden and tested before shipment. Just simply lift the lid, fold down the back and roll the tricycle out of the box.
