In the rare cases that we don't have something in-stock, we will send you an email letting you know, and let you decide if you want a refund, wait till our next shipment or choose another variant of the product.

e-wheelswarehouse.com has the option to markup the percentage amount that applies to every contract. Unlike other electric bike websites, we do not markup the % on any of our contracts. We want our customers to be covered after their purchase, and for years to come. So when you add a protection plan, the payment amount is only to underwrite the contract, not to add money to our pockets.
