Terrible experience with e-wheels warehouse

Is e-wheels warehouse a legit company? We ordered a Scooter and after receiving our confirmation email and anxiously awaiting our shipment information we instead received a notice that our order was "successfully CANCELLED". My son was beyond disappointed and despite numerous emails to e-wheels warehouse we received no response. They don't even have a customer service phone number that we could find. And then they ask for our review of the item we ordered?? What a joke!

GoTrax G4 - Vastly Improved product and support.

Purchased G4 in fall 2023 and returned it within 10 day window due to motor issue. I presumed return or repair process would not be completed before winter as the wait time for support to answer call would span over an hour. I simultaneously bought a 2nd G4 through Amazon so it could be used before the snow season. It had run fine and was then stored over winter. Once it came out of storage, it ran fine for a few days and then started having problems. Power would shift down to low while running and a noise was detected in rear wheel/engine area. Contacted support on issue with an immediate response. GoTrax had obviously overhauled it's support as communications were now prompt and clear in communication. They resolved problem with a new scooter and it's been running great for a couple of months now. GoTrax obviously had to work out some bugs common with a new product. Overall, hi score to both product and the excellent support.

Love it...Be careful!

So, the Oh Wow people are great! I ended up dealing directly with them as we had some challenges on shipping...not their fault. It all worked out and we've been enjoying our first trike. It is our game day transportation to Texas A&M football games from our home about 1.5 mi off campus. It's great because we can park for free in the bike racks and get much closer to the stadium and move around without the restrictions that affect car traffic, particularly post game when roads are shut down in certain directions and delays are lengthy.

It is fast, great on straightaways! Reasonable breaking, but plan ahead. It doesn't turn like a bike, because you are upright and cannot lean into the turn on three wheels like you could on two; therefore, you need to slow down for those turns. The other issue to be aware of is slightly wider than the handle bars. Be aware because you can accidently catch one of the back wheels on a curb. That's what happened to us, which at 20+ miles/hr can eject a passenger without a seatbelt. My wife has healed and forgiven me, but has a bit of PTSD. I don't know if the seatbelt would have helped because with her ejected out, I was able to regain control. Who knows, we could have flipped with her additional weight (145 lbs) and may have been a worse outcome. Either way, it was definitely user error! I really am just trying to give my real world experience and fair warning. All that being said, it is practical and I believe a safer mode of transportation than the double scooter we were previously using.

It is well built (also heavy, but necessarily, IMO) and despite the user error, has been reliable. Lastly, I think it is a luxury purchase at the current price, but in life I've found you get what you pay for most of the time. Enjoy yours!
