Terrible experience with e-wheels warehouse

Is e-wheels warehouse a legit company? We ordered a Scooter and after receiving our confirmation email and anxiously awaiting our shipment information we instead received a notice that our order was "successfully CANCELLED". My son was beyond disappointed and despite numerous emails to e-wheels warehouse we received no response. They don't even have a customer service phone number that we could find. And then they ask for our review of the item we ordered?? What a joke!

Long wait and not complete

I have still not received part of my order and it has been over a month. I did receive my bike but it took almost a month. Still waiting on the trailer

Wonder Wheels

My Freego arrived when promised, in strong packing and perfect condition. The battery was already charged, and I was able to ride it that day! The rides have been beyond expectation!

It doesn’t work, never turned on. I will return it.
